Message from the Sponsor

His Right Honourable the Lord Mayor of Stralsund

Mr. Alexander Badrow

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the conference “Innovation and Research: New Technologies for a Livable Future” here at our Town Hall in Stralsund. This event is an important step for our city and region, and I am particularly pleased about the initiative of Sebastian Fuller, whose dedication has made this conference possible.

With many inspiring speakers, engaging keynotes, and opportunities for meaningful exchange, the conference provides a valuable platform to explore new ideas and approaches. I am especially looking forward to the dialogue with all of you and to learning from the insights you will share. Such encounters are essential to support Stralsund and the region on the path toward greater innovation and sustainability. Our goal is not to achieve everything at once, but to take the first steps together and continue to foster dialogue. I look forward to a long-term collaboration and to making the most of the opportunities ahead of us. I wish all participants an inspiring conference and many insightful discussions.

With kind regards,

Dr. Alexander Badrow
